Hey there, fellow adventurers! I’m excited to share with you the story of how my life took a thrilling turn, leading me to the creation of Boho Afrika, a passion project born out of wanderlust, self-discovery, and a desire to connect with the world around me.

My journey began with a spark of curiosity and a desire to explore beyond the familiar. In 2019, I embarked on my first safari to Tanzania, captivated by the beauty of its landscapes and the warmth of its people. It was a transformative experience that left me craving more—a deeper connection to the continent and its diverse cultures.

As fate would have it, COVID-19 disrupted my plans, but it didn’t dampen my spirit. In September 2020, amidst the chaos of the pandemic, I finally set foot in Tanzania once again. It was here that I met Vicent, a safari guide with a passion for adventure and a deep love for his country.

Together, we explored the wonders of Tanzania, from the pristine beaches of Zanzibar to the untamed wilderness of its national parks. Along the way, I encountered a vibrant community of travelers and locals, each with their own stories to tell and dreams to chase.

Inspired by the bohemian spirit of freedom and creativity that permeated the air, Vicent and I embarked on a new adventure: the creation of Boho Afrika. Our vision was simple yet ambitious—to showcase the beauty and diversity of Africa through travel, art, and community.

 The name itself—Boho Afrika—embodies our mission. “Boho,” short for bohemian, speaks to our free-spirited nature, while “Afrika” represents the continent’s rich tapestry of cultures and landscapes waiting to be explored.

With Boho Afrika, we aim to offer more than just safaris; we’re building a platform for cultural exchange, artistic expression, and sustainable tourism. From curated travel experiences to a vibrant shop featuring local artisans and creators, our goal is to create a space where adventurers like you can connect, explore, and be inspired.
