A joyful movement experience to reconnect with the body, release energy, and move together—no dance experience needed.
Rhythm & Joy is a guided movement and dance session designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies through rhythm, music, and joyful expression. The focus is not performance or technique, but feeling good, moving freely, and sharing energy in a supportive group space.
Sessions blend simple choreography, freestyle movement, and familiar rhythms inspired by Afro, global, and feel-good music. Participants are encouraged to move at their own level, take breaks when needed, and enjoy the collective energy of the room.
